Where to Watch The Amazing Race

The Amazing Race is a CBS show, meaning the CBS channel is its home. Those with cable or satellite subscriptions can easily tune in to the CBS channel when it airs. If you want to watch The Amazing Race online, you’ll need Paramount Plus — originally called CBS All Access — or a live TV streaming platform that carries the CBS channel.

Those options are for the U.S. only, but you can hop on a U.S. VPN server to access the show if needed. Doing so will make you look like you’re in the U.S. and will open the doors to multiple streaming options. 

Which Streaming Services Have The Amazing Race Worldwide?

The Amazing Race season 35 premieres Wednesday, Sept. 27 on CBS. If you want to watch the CBS channel online but don’t have a cable or satellite login, you can subscribe to a live TV streaming platform, such as YouTube TV or Hulu + Live TV. 

Unless you want the extra channels, though, a cheaper way would be to sign up for Paramount Plus. Season 35 will also stream there, since Paramount+ is CBS’s own streaming platform. 

Paramount+ is available in countries outside the U.S. too, but the new season of The Amazing Race won’t be found there, at least just yet. The content available differs in each country, so although we also found all 34 previous seasons on Paramount Plus in the U.S., only two seasons are on the service in Australia, and we didn’t see any in the U.K. or Canada. 

Various seasons are available on services in other countries too, but if you want the full package, you’ll need Paramount Plus’ U.S. library. If you’re not in the country, you can use a VPN to get access. Just keep in mind that you’ll need a U.S. payment method to sign up (we mention a workaround in our how-to further down).

Is The Amazing Race on Netflix?

Yes, you can watch The Amazing Race on Netflix in the U.S. However, there are only two seasons available (seasons five and seven). That’s not many, considering there are a total of 34 to date. Still, if you’ve never watched the show and have a Netflix account, it’s a perfect way for you to see if you like the show before splashing out on another service. 

More seasons could become available, but it’s unlikely. However, you can check Netflix every now and then to see if it’s available, and that includes checking Netflix in other countries — in case you didn’t know, Netflix content varies by region.

How to Unblock Netflix US & Other Libraries

To unblock a different Netflix region, you need a VPN. Find a server in the region that you want to check and connect to it. Then, log in to your Netflix account, and you should see that region’s content library. You can do this as many times as you’d like and with any of the countries where Netflix is available, so long as the VPN has a server there.

How to Watch The Amazing Race Free With a VPN
