Where to Watch Survivor: Season 45

Since Survivor is a CBS series, it’s broadcast on the CBS channel. If you want to watch it online, then your options are a live TV streaming service or Paramount+.

However, those options won’t be available in all locations, and geoblocks will prevent you from accessing the show or the entire service if you’re in the wrong region.

By using a virtual private network (VPN), you can connect to a server in a country where CBS or Paramount+ are available. Your true IP address will be masked with one from that country, which will trick the service into thinking you’re physically there and grant you access.

Which Streaming Services Have Survivor?

Season 45 of Survivor starts on Wednesday, Sept. 27 on the CBS channel. If you don’t have a cable or satellite subscription, you can watch it on a live TV streaming service that carries CBS. This includes YouTube TV, fuboTV and Hulu + Live TV. All of these options are for the U.S., though, so you’ll need a U.S. VPN server to get access.

Alternatively, you can watch Survivor on Paramount+ (formerly CBS All Access) in the U.S. Although Paramount Plus is available in a good number of countries, including the U.K., Canada, Australia, and other European and American countries, the content available in each of those countries differs. That means your local Paramount Plus library might not have Survivor. 

If the show or Paramount+ itself is not available where you are, you can hop on a U.S. VPN server to gain access. Signing up for Paramount Plus U.S. requires a U.S. payment method. You can also rent and purchase episodes and seasons on some services, including Vudu, Google Play and Apple TV.

Is Survivor on Netflix?

Yes, Survivor is on Netflix U.S., but you can only stream two seasons: seasons 18 and 32. We’re not sure why there are only two out of 44 current seasons on the platform. It could be to grab new fans for the show, but it’s unlikely we’ll see any more seasons become available to stream since the show’s home is Paramount+.

We checked out a few libraries, but only found the show on the U.S. version. Of course, you could keep an eye on other countries’ content libraries to see if other seasons from the show make an appearance, as Netflix is constantly adding new content.

How to Access Other Netflix Libraries

Checking another Netflix library is easy with the help of a VPN. Simply connect to a server in the region that you want to check and log in to your Netflix account as usual. You should then be able to browse that country’s Netflix library. This is a great tip if you want to stream a show that’s not available in your region.

How to Watch Survivor for Free

If you want to watch the reality TV series live, some live TV streaming services offer a free trial, including YouTube TV and fuboTV. However, most free trials only last seven days. Even if you manage to snag a 30-day trial with YouTube TV, it won’t be enough to watch the whole season for free, since episodes are released weekly.

Your best bet for watching season 45 episodes for free is to sign up for a Paramount+ free trial. Once again, this only lasts seven days, but if you don’t mind waiting until the season has finished, you can have an on-demand binge-watching session completely free.
