Airtable has an excellent free plan that’s worth trying out if you’re a small team of up to five users. However, if you’re above five team members, it’s the Plus plan you’ll have to go for — which gives you more storage space, six months of version history (compared to two weeks) and 5,000 rows to your databases, compared to 1,200 on the free plan.
Task Dependencies & Extra Security
Advanced features, like the ability to add task dependencies, are not available on the free plan or the Plus plan; neither are Gantt charts or the ability to lock projects for further security. They do become available on the other paid plans, but small teams might find that paying extra for these is a waste.
